About the Operation

Silicone replacement surgery involves substituting aged polymer materials with the latest generation of biocompatible implants, such as cohesive-gel types. When applied to asymmetric or deformed areas, it restores both aesthetics and structural health. If the patient does not wish to receive new implants, the area can be completely cleared of the implant using tissue techniques.

Application Details

  • 1Teardrop (anatomical) implants and fat transfer (hybrid) procedures are frequently preferred for a more natural result.
  • 2The old capsular tissue is completely removed (total capsulectomy) and the new implant is placed in a sterile pocket.
  • 3If complete implant removal is desired, the existing tissue cavity can be preserved with volume through fat injection.

Who Is It Suitable For?

  • Individuals dissatisfied with their current breast size or implant volume
  • Patients with aesthetically operated breasts in whom a health issue (MRI/ultrasound findings of leakage, etc.) has been detected
  • Patients who wish to change the shape or profile of their implant (from round to teardrop or vice versa)
