About the Operation

Horizontal bra-roll folds — caused by obesity or genetic fat distribution — create a bulky, sagging back profile. The Back Lift procedure excises these unsightly redundant rolls along the upper and lower wing/rib zone of the back. Following liposuction of the area, the resulting excess skin is resected and closed with a discreet suture line concealed within the natural bra-band level.

Application Details

1In many cases the Back Lift is combined with a breast lift, arm lift, or full post-bariatric body contouring package for comprehensive results.
2The back closure is aesthetically positioned to be elegantly concealed within undergarments.
3When significant back fat is present, Vaser liposuction is added to minimise the volume of tissue requiring excision, shortening the scar.
